Abstract
This Resolution approves the rules for provision of services, fees, payments, fee waivers, and refunds by the Spatial and Urban Development Agency. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Types of Services of the Agency and their fees (3); Rules of payment (4); and Fee waivers and refunds (5). Among the services of the Agency are developing spatial plans for municipalities; urban planning; settlement plans; and advising on development near special regulated zones and territories.
