Abstract
This Resolution approves rules for determining the compensation for changing/cancelling the terms regarding state property privatization. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Compensation for cancelling a term (3); Lapsing the period of performance of a term (4); and Determination of the compensation for returning to the state ownership of privatized property (5).
