Law of Georgia on State Property (No. 3512-RS of 2010).

This Law regulates the legal framework governing state property in Georgia, including its classification, management, administration and transfer. It defines state property as movable and immovable objects, as well as intangible assets owned by the State, and establishes the institutional responsibilities for its administration, including the National Agency of State Property and other authorized bodies.
The Law sets out procedures for the privatization, transfer into use, leasing and disposal of state property, including state-owned land and agricultural land. It provides rules governing the allocation, use and alienation of such property, including mechanisms for sale, direct transfer and other forms of disposal in accordance with established conditions and procedures.
Further provisions regulate the registration, accounting and control of state property, as well as the rights and obligations arising from its use. The Law also establishes requirements related to decision-making processes, oversight and compliance in the management of state assets, including provisions concerning the protection, use and transfer of property under state ownership.
