Abstract
This Law regulates relations concerning the management, administration and transfer into use of the state property of Georgia. In the cases determined by this Law, state property shall be managed and administered by the National Agency of State Property. “State property” is defined as movable and immovable things and intangible assets owned by the state. Among others, the Law regulates privatisation of state-owned land, including agricultural land, and provides for the procedure of privatisation.
