Resolution No. 316 of 2020 of Georgian Government on Rules and Procedure for Assessing Conceptual Compliance of Infrastructural and/or Other, Similar Construction Projects that Have Impact on Spatial Planning of Georgia

This Resolution approves the rules and the procedure for assessing the conceptual compliance of infrastructural and/or other, similar construction projects that have an impact on spatial planning of Georgia. It consists of five articles: Scope of regulation (1); Definitions (2); Application for a conceptual compliance assessment (3); Conceptual compliance assessment (4); and Effective time period for the decision on the conceptual compliance (5).
