The Resolution regulates testing methods for distinctness, uniformity and stability of new species of soft wheat. It consists of eight articles: Object (1); Required materials (2); Testing (3); Methodology and observations (4); Grouping of species (5); Characteristics and markings (6); Table of characteristics (7); and Methods and explanations for conducting observations (8). The Resolution applies to all species of soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L. emend. Fiori & Paol.).
