Resolution No. 335 of 2023 of Georgian Government on Technical Regulation regarding Environmental Requirements of Servicing Thermal Pumps, Air Conditioner and Refrigerators

This Resolution approves the technical regulation regarding environmental requirements of servicing thermal pumps, air conditioner and refrigerators. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); General requirements (3); Hermetic seal requirements (4); Labeling requirements (5); and Liability (6). The technical regulation applies to stationary devices working on the substances contemplated under the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer.
