Abstract
This Resolution approves the technical regulation on marketing requirements of bird meat. It consists of the main text of the technical regulation; Annex 1 Definitions; Annex 2 Sideway cutting; Annex 3 Requirements imposed on the markings provided for in Article 11 of this technical regulation; Annex 4 Calculating the losses caused by thawing; Annex 5 Calculating the overall water content in a chicken; Annex 6 Calculating the overall water content in different parts of a bird; and Annex 7 Checking water absorption in a facility.
