Resolution No. 360 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Technical Regulation on Food Supplements

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on food supplements. It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Placing on market (3); Requirements on food supplements (4); Maximum daily doses (5); Labelling (6); Consumer information (7); Specific information about food supplements (8); Monitoring (9). The technical regulation provides for the food supplements that are placed on the market as food and which is supplied to the end consumers in a pre-packed form.
