Abstract
The Resolution regulates measures for protection of human health and control of atmospheric air quality in populated areas by relocating, planning, constructing, and reconstructing those objects which may emit microorganisms and microbial biologically active substances and adversely affect the environment. The document also provides for specific sources of microbial pollution and classifies enterprises according to microbiological profiles. The Resolution also contains the methods for identification of pollution source, permitted concentration of certain microorganism-producers in the area of populated areas (Annex 1); and permitted concentration of certain chemicals in the air of populated areas (Annex 2).
