Resolution No. 37 of 2020 of Georgian Government on Terms of Placing on Market of Seeds of Sugar Beet and Animal Feed Beet

This Resolution provides for the terms of placing on the market of the seeds of sugar beet and animal feed beet. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Terms for placing on the market of seeds (3); and State supervision (4). The Resolution also contains Annex 1: Requirements imposed on the plot of land where the seed is cultivated (Part I); and Requirements imposed on the seed (Part II).
