This Resolution provides for the terms of placing on the market of propagation materials for fruit cultures and saplings intended for fruit production. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Requirements imposed on propagation materials for fruit cultures and saplings intended for fruit production (3); Requirements that need to be met by the supplier (4); Requirements imposed on breeds (5); Requirements imposed on sale and labeling (6); and State supervision (7).
