Resolution No 409 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Technical Use of Amelioration Systems

The Resolution regulates use of amelioration systems in Georgia. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Technical use of irrigation water (II); Technical use of drainage system (III); Technical use rules for reservoirs of irrigational purposes (IV); Technical use of pumping station for irrigation (V); and Technical use of electronic equipment of amelioration systems (VI). Overall, the Resolution regulates usage of irrigation, drainage, reservoirs, pumping stations and their specific hydro-technical units, facilities, equipment and electronic devices.
