Resolution No 422 of 2015 of Georgian Government on Forms and Rules for Taking Inventory of and Accounting Waste

The Resolution regulates taking inventory of waste. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Subjects required to take inventory of and report on waste (3); Database of waste (4); Rules for taking inventory and reporting (5); and Liability (6). The purpose of the Resolution is to create full and reliable information database on waste management which can be achieved through electronic database and reporting as well as through imposing obligations on persons/entities that create, collect, transit and/or process waste.
