Resolution No. 452 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Charter of Public-Private Partnership Agency

The Resolution adopts the charter of the Public Private Partnership Agency of Georgia. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Principles for Agency’s activities (2); Functions of Agency (3); Agency’s management and structure (4); Property and finances of Agency (5); Annual report of Agency (6); and Rules for reorganization and liquidation of Agency. According to the Resolution, the Agency shall act in accordance with the principles of independence, non-discrimination, impartiality, transparency and accountability.
