Abstract
This Resolution provides for the rules for market monitoring and rules for suspension of sales, removal from market, recall and destruction. It consists of 16 articles: Purpose of market monitoring (1); Market monitoring principles (2); Definitions (3); General provisions (4); Proactive supervision of the market (5); Submitting information (7); Planning of market monitoring (8); Procedures of market monitoring (9); Inspection form (10); Sampling (11); Restriction measures (12); Suspension of product sales (13); Removing a product from the market (14); Product recall (15); and Destruction of products (16). The purpose of the Resolution is to ensure conformity of products with technical regulations, to restrict or stop placing non-conforming and/or unsafe products on the market and/or to protect human life, health, property and the environment from such products.
