Resolution No. 539 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Rules for Market Monitoring and Rules for Suspension of Sales, Removal from Market, Recall and Destruction

This Resolution provides for the rules for market monitoring and rules for suspension of sales, removal from market, recall and destruction. The purpose of the Resolution is to ensure conformity of products with technical regulations, to restrict or stop placing non-conforming and/or unsafe products on the market and/or to protect human life, health, property and the environment from such products.
