Abstract
The Resolution lays down technical regulations for control procedures for potato ring rot in Georgia. It consists of five chapters: Purpose and definition of terms (I); Obligations of a business operator; Authority and obligations of the National Food Agency (II); Diagnosis, detection and identification of a harmful organism (III); Sample preparation (IV); and Waste disposal (V). The purposes of the regulation are to locate the harmful organism, to prevent its occurrence and spread, and to control it with the aim of eradication.
