Resolution No. 570 of 2020 of Georgian Government on Rules for Determining Privatization/Sale Price of State Property, Initial Privatization Amount/Initial Sale Price, Price for Transferring in Use and Initial Price for Transferring into Use

The Resolution approves the rules for determining the privatization/sale price of state property, the initial privatization amount/the initial sale price, and the price for transferring in use and initial price for transferring into use. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Rules for determining the privatization/sale price of state property and the initial privatization amount (2); Rules for determining the privatization price for state-owned, unleased, agricultural land in a direct sale and in a direct sale with competitive selection (3); Rules for determining the initial privatization amount/the initial sale price of state-owned real estate (4); Rules for determining the price for transferring in use and initial price for transferring into use (except for transferring into leasing (5); Rules for determining the initial price for transferring state-owner movable property into leasing (6); and Rules for determining the initial price for privatization of state-owned immaterial property interest (7).
