Abstract
This Resolution approves the rules for issuing the certificate of origin for the electricity generated from renewable energy sources. It consists of 14 articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Registry of certificate of origin (3); Calculating the final share of electricity generated from the renewable energy sources within the overall electricity consumption and publication of the results to consumers (4); Registration in the registry, use of the registry and cancelling the registration in the registry (5); Issuing the certificate of origin (6); Recognition of the certificate of origin (7); Registry fees (8); Contents of the certificate of origin (9); Validity period of a certificate of origin (10); Cancelling a certificate of origin (11); Inventory data (12); Annual report (13); and Transitional provisions (14).
