Resolution No. 590 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Safety and Health Minimum Requirements to Individual Protection Methods of Work Zones

This Resolution approves the technical regulation regarding the safety and health minimum requirements to individual protection methods of work zones. It consists of seven articles: Scope of regulation and subject matter (1); Definitions (2); General provision (3); General obligations of employers (4); Requirements of individual protection methods (5); Risk assessment for the selection of individual protection methods (6); and Information, teaching, consulting and involvement (7).
