Abstract
The Resolution regulates misleading products that may be confused to be food. More specifically, it bans all the products that is not food but has similar form, odor, color, appearance, packaging, labeling, volume, and size, and due to this, consumers, especially children, may confuse them to be food and place them in their mouths and swallow them, which may cause choking, poisoning perforation of the digestive tract and constipation. The National Food Agency oversees the compliance control measures and enforcement of the Resolution.
