Abstract
This Resolution regulates certain obligations under the Waste Management Code of Georgia, including the obligation of certain companies to develop waste management plans, the obligation of certain companies to appoint an environmental protection manager, and the obligation of certain companies to inventory and submit the accounting of waste to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (5 articles).
