Abstract
The Resolution adopts sanitary-hygiene regulations for tare of food and list of hygiene indicators of substances that are emitted from the materials and items that come into contact with food. It regulates control indicators of those substances and permitted migration limits which do not harm food and is safe for human health. Notably, Georgia recognizes technical regulations of certain countries. The Resolution notes that a business operator may opt to follow those recognized regulations instead of following the present Resolution.
