Abstract
The Resolution regulates production and use of air partition products. It consists of 30 articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Territories and premises of the enterprise partitioning air (3); Ventilation (4); Air partitioning device and its use (5); Safety requirements when following technical procedures (6); Safety requirements when the air partitioning device is temporarily off (7); Regenerator (8); Adsorber (9); Condenser-evaporator (10); Detander with piston (11); Turbo-derander aggregate (12); Liquid cryogenic products with pistons and centered pumps (13); Clearing and drying air (14); Compressor (15); Safety requirements imposed on devices and pipes for cryogenic products of air partition (16); Filling up, storing and discharging tanks (17); Oxygen regulator points (18); Gasholder and recipient of permanent pressure and volume (19); Production of krypton, xenon and their admixtures (20); Production of argon (21); Technological pipes for air products of air partition (22); Control measurement devices, and automation and signalization devices (23); Liquid cryogenic products of air partition (24); Air products of air partition (25); Electric safety (26); Fire safety (27); Determining substantial non-compliance (28); Determining critical non-compliance (29); and Determining non-essential non-compliance (30). The owner of the enterprise partitioning air is liable for complying with these rules.
