Abstract
The Resolution regulates air protection measures in unfavorable meteorological conditions. It consists of eight articles: Scope of application (1); Purpose and objectives (2); Definition of main terms (3); Special rules for air protection in unfavorable meteorological conditions (4); Main principles for reducing emissions for unfavorable meteorological conditions (5); Issuing warming ticket on the increase of contamination of air with hazardous substances (6); Reducing emissions for unfavorable meteorological conditions (7); and Assessment of effectiveness of emissions reduction measures (8). The objective of the Resolution is to protect air from contamination in unfavorable meteorological conditions.
