Abstract
The Resolution provides rules for licensing of production of biological pesticides. It consists of 12 articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Administrative agency issuing the license (3); Rules for issuing the license (4); Documents that need to be filed for being issued the license (5); Denial of the license and appellation (6); Duties and rights of the license issuer (7); Form of the license certificate (8); Loss or damaging the license certificate (9); Validity of the license (10); Compliance control and revocation of the license (11); and Amendments and additions to the Resolution (12). The Resolution defines biological pesticides as plant extract, active strain, or a product of microbial synthesis in a form of micro-biological drug which is specific for pests, and which does not negatively affect the beneficial fauna and flora, is harmless for humans and the other warm-blooded.
