Abstract
This Act concerns the regulation of the transfer of land to foreigners and of concessions. Any transfer to foreigners must be in writing. The judicial system has jurisdiction to investigate, certify the validity and allow the registration of a concession agreement, except for classes of concessions specified in the Act.
