Abstract
This Directive of the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture Development directs owners, operators and masters of industrial trawlers to comply with the closed seasons as declared by the Ministry and the Fisheries Commission on the basis of the Fisheries Management Plan 2015-2019. The closed season shall be for all industrial trawlers for the periods specified. Penalties for violations are prescribed.
