Abstract
This Act provides amendments on Sections 35 of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission Act 1997 (Act 538) with regard to levies payable to the Commission and principal enactment by insertion of 2 Schedules on Electricity, Natural Gas and Other Utilities Levy.
