Abstract
Amendments concern the permit for the possession of ivory to be issued by the Chief Game and Wildlife Officer, and having an arms possession licence as a condition for the granting of a game license by the Chief Game and Wildlife Officer. Other provisions concern penalties for the breach of regulation 5 and 6, and a fee for hunting of any bird permitted by these Regulations, or reptile or mammal specified in the second or third Schedule, or a kob.
