PURA Enforcement Regulations 2010.

These Regulations, made under section 54 of the Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority Act 2001 define monitoring and enforcement powers or the Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority and provide with respect to some other matters for the control of supply of public utility services by licence holders. The Authority may at its discretion, but subject to certain limitations, impose administrative fines for enforcement purposes and may revoke licences.
