Abstract
No person shall export or attempt to export any wild bird or animal, whether dead or alive without a permission of the Minister as defined by the Wild Animals, Birds and Fish Preservation Act. An application for permission shall be made in accordance with provisions contained in regulation 3. The Minister may grant or refuse a permission at discretion. Regulation 5 prescribes penalties for contravening these Regulations. (5 regulations)
