Abstract
This Act makes provision with respect to the protection of wild animals. It confers ample regulation-making powers upon the Minister for purposes of regulating hunting and destruction of wild animals and the trading in wild animals of parts of wild animals. "Wild animals" shall include fish and wild birds.
