Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Wild Animals, Birds and Fish Preservation Act and form part of the Act as its Schedule. They, among other things, place restrictions on the hunting of specified animals, prescribe close seasons for the protection of specified animals, require licences for the capture or killing of specified animals, allow for the killing of dangerous or harmful animals, place restrictions on the use of specified hunting or fishing gear and place restrictions on the collection of eggs of birds.
