Abstract
These Regulations prescribe that it shall not be lawful for any person to kill, hunt or capture any wild bird in the island of Saint Mary and Kombo Saint Mary Division. Any person who contravenes the provisions of these Regulations shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty pounds or in default of payment thereof to imprisonment, with or without hard labour, for a period not exceeding three months.
