Abstract
The cooperation between the two parties will cover in general joint research and development projects, organization and participation to scientific courses and conferences, exchange of scientific and technological information, etc. For the purpose of implementation of this Agreement, a Joint Commission is established hereby. In particular, the fields of cooperation will be agreed by this Commission and the partners of the respective topics will conclude joint work programmes in order to accomplish their objectives.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall come into force from the date of the last modification of its approval in accordance with the legislation of each country (article 10).
