Abstract
Joint Ministerial Decision adopts a programme to improve the general conditions for the production and marketing of beekeeping products for the years 2020-2022, and implements Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 (OJ L 347, 20-12-2013, p. 671). The purpose of this Decision is to adopt the additional measures necessary for the implementation of Articles 55 to 57 of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013, Article 6 (1) and Articles 8 and 9 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2015/1368 and Article 5 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2015/1366 on the implementation of the measures and sub-actions of the country's apiculture programme to improve the general conditions of production and marketing of apiculture products from 2020 to 2022. This programme was approved by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) No. 2019/974 of 12 June 2019. A beekeeping year is defined as the period of twelve consecutive months from 1 August to 31 July of the following calendar year; 2. Measures and sub-actions of each of the apiary programmes 2020, 2021 and 2022 shall be implemented within the respective apiary year.
