Law No. 2732 establishing Inter-professional organizations under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Law, consisting of 28 articles, establishes Inter-professional organizations under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture. These organizations are non-profit private bodies constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code by the representatives of all or part of the various economic activities and professional organizations, associations or bodies which represent those engaged in activities relating to the production and/or processing and/or marketing and, where appropriate, the standardization or distribution of agricultural and general agricultural goods, agri-food, forestry, fisheries and other production sectors under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Law amends Law 1565/1985 relating to the application of the provisions included in the Schedule, and stating that fertilizers are considered organoleptic and inorganic for the use of which increases production and improves the quality of the products. In addition, it amends certain terms, categories and their meaning.
