Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette unless otherwise prescribed into individual sections. Provisions of articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall remain into force for seven years after the publication in the Official Gazette except provisions of paragraph 2 of article 2 which shall remain into force for ten years and provisions of paragraph 7 of the same article with shall remain into force for five years.
