Law No. 5233 of 2025. Strengthening the services of Development Programmes and related organisational and administrative issues and other provisions.

This Law, divided into seven parts, strengthens services for development programmes in Greece, focusing on efficient management of public investments, European funds, and related administrative matters. The purpose of this Law is to enhance the smooth operation and staffing of the development programme services and bodies supervised by the competent Minister for the Public Investment Development Programme and to accelerate the absorption of European and national resources. The Law covers the following matters: Partnership Agreement for Regional Development; development company operations; Recovery Fund coordination miscellaneous urgent provisions; payment rules, staff incentives for the General Directorate of Public Investments and Public-Private Partnerships Unit, exceptions to timelines for National Development Programme projects, and transfers from the Green Fund.
