Abstract
Aim of this Law is the definition of specific measures for the protection, conservation, development of forests and forestal areas. The Law distinguishes categories for forests and forestal areas and specifies a number of councils and committees to be competent for the implementation of the forestry policy of the country. It deals with specific issues such as reforestation, compulsory expropriation, and allotment of land for build-up areas.
