Abstract
This Ministerial Decision amends the General Technical Regulation for the control and certification of seeds for sowing large crops, forage plants and legumes, vegetables and potato tubers for planting; and the Technical Regulation for the control and certification of seeds for sowing cereals, in order to comply with the provisions of the Commission Directive 95/6/EC of 20 March 1995 on the marketing of cereal seed for sowing. Amendments concern: cultivation requirements for preventing undesirable pollination; varietal identity and purity of crops; official field inspections; standards for sowing.
