Abstract
This Decree replaces article 21a of the Food Code and the Annex connected thereto, dealing with the use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. The new article lays down certain restrictions in the use of 'BADGE', 'BFDGE' and 'NOGE' ethers and some of their derivatives. Also, with this Decree, Decisions Nos. 274/2002 and 552/2004 on the same subject, are hereby repealed.
