Abstract
This Decree aligns the Greek legislative frame with Commission directive 93/101/EC adapting to technical progress Directive 67/548/EEC which has been incorporated into the Greek legislation with Ministerial Decree No. 378/94. The first Annex to Decree No. 378/94 is a list of 107 dangerous substances and is hereby replaced. For each substance the following information is given: EEC number, structural formula, chemical formula, classification, labelling.
