Abstract
The Decree provides for various amendments throughout the text of Ministerial Decree No. 320856/2009 as regards the work programmes in the olive sector eligible for Community financing which are carried out over the three-year period (1.4.2012 up to 31.3.2015). The Decree lays down renewed terms, procedures and contractual conditions for granting the financing for approved work programmes and also updates the sample forms (annexed to this Decree) which where attached to Ministerial Decree No. 320856/2009.
