Abstract
The Decree lays down detailed rules for the application of MJD No. 266342/2009 as regards the work programmes in the olive sector eligible for Community financing which are carried out over the three-year period (1.4.2009 up to 31.3.2012). The Decree lays down the terms, procedures and contractual conditions for granting the financing for approved work programmes and provides sample forms (I-X, annexed to this Decree).
