Abstract
Pursuant to paragraph 2, article 4 of Law No. 3955/2011, traders dealing with agricultural products and raw materials, have the obligation to submit accompanying documentation as regards their registration with the Common Register of Traders of Agricultural Products. With this Decree, a certain part of this documentation shall be replaced with an ‘official statement’ as prescribed in Law No. 1599/1986. Article 1 list down the documentation which is being replaced. A sample of the official statement is contained in the Annex to this Decree. Articles 2 and 3 of the present Decree also set forth the administrative procedures for registration, which shall be online.
