Abstract
The Decree aims at the harmonization of the Greek legislative frame with Council Directive 2006/102/EC Directive 67/548/EEC on the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances, by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania. Therefore, the provisions of Decree No. 378/94, which incorporated Directive 67/548/EEC into the Greek legislation, shall be amended according to the Annex (list of chemicals) to Directive 2006/102/EC.
