Abstract
The Decree defines and lays down the detailed arrangements for the system of specific information relating to the labelling of dangerous preparations which needs to be supplemented, in compliance with Commission Directive 91/155/EEC and in implementation of Directive 88/379/EEC, article 10 which provides for the setting up of an information system in the form of safety data sheets relating to dangerous preparations. Article 2 to this Decree requires that any person established within the national territory who is responsible for placing dangerous substances or preparations on the market, shall supply the recipient with a safety date sheet containing the information set out in Article 3 to this Decree.
