Abstract
This Decree aligns the Greek legislative frame with Commission directive 94/69/EC adapting to technical progress Directive 67/548/EEC which has been incorporated into the Greek legislation with Ministerial Decree No. 378/94. Annex I of Decree No. 378/94 is hereby amended as follows: The foreword in Annex I to this Decree replaces the foreword to Annex I. The entries in Annex I to this Decree replace the corresponding entries in Annex I of Decree No. 378/94. The entries in Annex II to this Decree are included in Annex I of Decree No. 378/94.
