Ministerial Joint Decision No. 108155 including propineb and propyzamide as active substances to Annex I of Presidential Decree No. 115/1997.

Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97 is hereby amended (as set out in the Annex to this Decision) by inserting propineb and propyzamide as active substances contained in pesticides and fertilizers, in compliance with EU Directive 2003/39/EEC. The Directorate for the protection of plant production (Department of agricultural chemical products) of the Ministry of Agriculture shall review the authorisation for each plant-protection product containing propineb or propyzamide to ensure that the conditions, as set out in Presidential Order 115/97 relating to those active substances, are complied with. By 30 September 2004 at the latest, the Directorate shall amend or withdraw the authorization. For each authorized plant-protection product containing propineb or propyzamide as either the only active substance or as one of several active substances all of which were listed in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, by 31 March 2004 at the latest, the Directorate shall re-evaluate the product in accordance with the uniform principles provided for in Annex VI to the Order, on the basis of a dossier satisfying the requirements of Annex III to that Order. On the basis of that evaluation, it shall be determined whether the product satisfies the conditions set out in Annex VI of the aforementioned Order. Where necessary and by 31 March 2008 at the latest, the authorizations shall be amended or withdrawn.
